- Provide and operate the RepGPT service

- Analyze call transcripts and improve AI performance
- Communicate with you about your account
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Storage and Security
- Data is hosted on Supabase servers in the United States
- All data is encrypted in transit via TLS
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel only
4. Third-Party Services We Use
We use the following third-party services to operate RepGPT. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Retell AI — voice call infrastructure
- Anthropic Claude — AI language model
- Resend — email delivery
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cal.com — calendar scheduling
- HeyGen — avatar technology
5. Data Retention
- Your data is retained while your account is active
- Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted
- Call recordings are retained for 90 days then deleted
- You may request earlier deletion at any time
6. Your Rights
- You may access your personal data at any time through your dashboard
- You may request correction of inaccurate data
- You may request deletion of your data by emailing legal@repgpt.co
- We will respond to data requests within 30 days
7. California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal data. Contact legal@repgpt.co to exercise your rights.
