You may NOT use RepGPT to:

• ✕Upload or contact individuals in violation of applicable telemarketing laws, including TCPA, DNC, and state regulations. Users are responsible for determining the legal basis for their outreach, which may include legitimate business interest, existing business relationships, or prior express consent as required by law.
• ✕Violate TCPA, DNC, CAN-SPAM, or any applicable telemarketing or privacy laws
• ✕Harass, threaten, intimidate, or deceive any person
• ✕Send communications that are fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• ✕Circumvent or attempt to bypass do-not-call regulations
• ✕Use the platform to contact individuals who have opted out of communications
• ✕Upload contact lists obtained through illegal means including scraping without consent
• ✕Impersonate law enforcement, government officials, or other entities
• ✕Use RepGPT for any purpose that is illegal under applicable law

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund. RepGPT reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any customer at its sole discretion.
